Warranty Coverage
- Renewed and Refurbished Items
- All renewed and refurbished items listed on our website come with a 3-month technical warranty from the date of purchase.
- This warranty covers manufacturing defects and technical issues.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage, accidental damage, or broken items.
- Issues caused by improper use or unauthorized repairs.
- Brand New Devices
- If you purchase a brand-new device (e.g., Apple iPhone non-activated), the warranty must be claimed from us or directly with the manufacturer (Apple, Samsung, or others).
Warranty Claim Process
- To file a warranty claim for renewed or refurbished items:

- Provide your proof of purchase and details of the issue.
- Our technical team will reach out to you with in 24 hours and collect the item bring back to our service center for inspection.
- Customers can also claims warranty for brand-new devices directly with the manufacturer.
