Warranty Coverage

  1. Renewed and Refurbished Items
    • All renewed and refurbished items listed on our website come with a 3-month technical warranty from the date of purchase.
    • This warranty covers manufacturing defects and technical issues.
    • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:
      • Physical damage, accidental damage, or broken items.
      • Issues caused by improper use or unauthorized repairs.
  2. Brand New Devices
    • If you purchase a brand-new device (e.g., Apple iPhone non-activated), the warranty must be claimed from us or directly with the manufacturer (Apple, Samsung, or others).

Warranty Claim Process

  • To file a warranty claim for renewed or refurbished items:
    1. Contact our support team at support@trustdevices.ae or call +971 52 248 1519.
    2. Provide your proof of purchase and details of the issue.
    3. Our technical team will reach out to you with in 24 hours and collect the item bring back to our service center for inspection.
  • Customers can also claims warranty for brand-new devices directly with the manufacturer.
