Refund Method
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, refunds will be provided as a voucher with lifetime validity or, upon inspection of the returned product, our team will hand over the refund amount directly to the customer at the time of collection.
